These terms govern visits to destekol.org, use of site content, submission of forms and applications, and use of online donation channels when they become active.

The site provides information about Destek Ol’s humanitarian assistance, development, projects, transparency, volunteering and cooperation activities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, general statements on the site do not constitute contractual commitments or guarantees of financial returns, tax benefits, accreditation or permissions.

Use the site for lawful purposes and respect third-party rights.

Provide accurate, current information in forms that you are authorized to share.

Do not use another person’s identity or payment instrument without authorization.

Do not deploy malicious code, carry out automated attacks or data scraping, impersonate others, make fraudulent donation requests or engage in fraud.

Do not send security information such as passwords, CVVs or one-time verification codes to Destek Ol by email or forms.

When online donation channels are launched, the purpose of the donation, campaign scope, any restricted-fund conditions, payment provider used and material transaction terms are disclosed on the relevant page. Donations allocated to a specific project are not redirected to other purposes in breach of campaign terms or applicable law.

A donation is neither an investment nor a purchase of goods or services. Rules concerning cancellation, refunds, technical errors and unauthorized donation transactions are set out in the Donation, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Rights in the site’s logos, brands, text, photographs, videos, graphics, reports and other content belong to Destek Ol or the relevant rights holder. Without prejudice to statutory quotation and usage rights, content may not be used without written permission to collect donations, advertise commercially, imply a partnership or suggest authority to represent the organization.

The site may link to third-party websites. These links are provided for information; Destek Ol may have no control over third-party content, security, privacy or transaction terms. Users should review the relevant third party’s own terms.

Destek Ol takes reasonable measures to ensure that the site operates securely and correctly. However, it does not guarantee that interruptions and errors arising from internet infrastructure, third-party services, maintenance, force majeure or user-related causes can be entirely prevented. Liability arising under mandatory law remains unaffected.

These terms may be updated when legislation or site functions change. The current text is published on destekol.org. The terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory jurisdiction rules remain applicable.

When PayTR is enabled, payment results are confirmed through the transaction notification sent by PayTR to the site and verified. Opening a return or success page alone does not establish final payment completion. Keep your transaction reference.
