1. Scope
This Policy governs the use of logos, brands, text, photographs, videos, graphics, project names, reports, data and other content on destekol.org.
2. The Destek Ol brand and logo
Without express written permission, the Destek Ol name, logo and distinctive visual identity may not be used to collect donations, promote goods or services, imply an official partnership, present a social media account as official or suggest authority to represent the organization. Statutory rights relating to reporting, criticism and attribution are reserved.
3. Use of site content
Reasonable quotations from publicly available text may be made with attribution and without distorting its meaning. Systematic or commercial reuse of photographs, videos, logos, infographics, datasets or complete texts may require separate permission.
4. Images of beneficiaries and human dignity
Publication of an image on the site does not grant third parties an unrestricted right to reuse it. Images involving children, health or disability, displacement, violence or other sensitive contexts must not be copied, altered or removed from their context in a way that undermines a person’s dignity, safety or privacy.
5. Official information
Valid institutional information on behalf of Destek Ol is information published on destekol.org or confirmed through the organization’s verified communication channels. Claims concerning any status, accreditation, permission or authority are made only where supported by official documentation or registry information.
6. Financial and project data
Project and financial data, such as counters, targets, budgets, people or households reached and percentages, must be verifiable with source and period information. Content may be updated when an error or significant change is identified.
7. Fake accounts and payment requests
If you suspect a fake account, domain, payment page or banking request in Destek Ol’s name, you may send a link or screenshot to info@destekol.org without sharing sensitive financial information. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, CVVs or verification codes.
8. Permission requests
Requests for permission to use the brand, logo, images or content may be sent to info@destekol.org.
